• Check-in: All guests must submit documentation at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to submit within this period may prevent access to the apartment.

• Security deposit: R$1,000. The amount is charged to your credit card or via Pix and returned within 30 days after check-out. If our team reports any damage, missing items or a fine, the amount will be presented and deducted from the security deposit.

• Smokers: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. In case of non-compliance, a fine of the full amount of the security deposit will be applied.

• Visitors: Up to two visitors per day are allowed, with prior authorization, with submission of full name and photo ID.
